We now have an EchoLink Node. The Callsign is KE6YJC-L and it is located in the City of Fresno.
You can download the software (above) for Free. If you like the prospect of talking around the country
or even around the world, here's a cheap and easy way to do it. The link is tied into the
146.775 repeater north of Fresno, but has good coverage south.
The PL Tone is 141.3
An IRLP Node is also connected to this repeater so the Echo Link and IRLP have prefix
numbers which tell the system what you want to use. Echo Link is prefaced with
01 and the IRLP is prefaced with 02. For example, if you want to call node number 8120
using the IRLP System, you would touch tone 028120.

For more info, send email to ke6yjc@ke6yjc.org
or view the WEB PAGE

We also now have an IRLP Node located in Visalia, CA on the 146.880 Repeater.
A Tone is not needed on this repeater at this time. The Node Number is 8120 and
is owned and operated by the Tulare County A.R.C. The primary control operator
is Raymond Quinn, KF6KMY. Operation of the Node is open to all Amateur Radio Operators.
To use the machine, identify yourself, then touch tone in the node you want to contact.
When you're finished, touch tone the numbers 73 then identify just as you would on any other
repeater. For more info you can go to the IRLP Web Page
